Hello! Welcome to my indie website! Here I have commission info as well as a gallery of my painted miniatures! I've also got some fun extras coming soon too!

Commissions are divided up into a tier system to best categorize the needs for each project. These tiers describe the level of detail and time spent on each miniature. These are intended as starting points and not rigid guidelines. Customization is fully expected! Special requests will also be considered even if they do not neatly align with one tier or another.
Tier 1: Basic colors. If you're looking to get a larger group of minis done to a tournament standard, this is the level for you! Tier 1 minis will use time-efficient painting techniques to deliver striking looks from tabletop distance. These are best suited for gaming pieces, rather than for display.
Tier 2: Detailed paint jobs. This is the standard that most experienced hobbyists strive for. All major details on the figure will be painted and some simple highlights will be applied. These figures will be good looking up close and on the tabletop! If you want a large group of miniatures painted to a high standard, consider this level.
Tier 3: Master crafted. These miniatures will have extra care and attention given to every detail, and may include special effects like object source lighting (OSL). Models painted at Tier 3 will stand out both up close and from tabletop distance! Choose tier 3 if you want to elevate your favorite character miniatures to the next level.
Once you've picked a commission tier as a starting point start filling out the linked google form with the specifics of your commission. How many models do you want to have painted? What colors would you like, and where? Will you be needing any 3D printing services? Are there any image references or art you would like to base the paint scheme on? Include LOTS of details as you fill out the form. After you've finished and submitted the form I will get in contact with you via email to ask follow-up questions and give you a quote on your commission! This quote will include a cost breakdown and expected completion time for your project.
Commissions are charged based on the miniatures cost plus an hourly rate of $17 per hour plus the estimated final shipping cost. The miniatures cost will equal the total cost with taxes and shipping that I pay to purchase the miniatures for the commission. Alternatively you can choose to purchase the miniatures you want painted, and ship them to me yourself. If your commission involves 3D printed miniatures, the cost will be calculated by the volume of resin used and printing time (these will generally be much cheaper than store-bought plastic miniatures). The total commission cost will be split into two payments: A non-refundable 50% upfront payment, and a 50% payment upon completion of the project before it is shipped to you.
After we have discussed and agreed on all the details of your project I will send you an invoice via Paypal for the down payment. As soon as the down payment is processed I will start working on your commission! I will consistently send updates to you during the whole painting process. Generally I will paint one model first to show you the results and allow an opportunity for adjustments. Make sure you're specific with your request when I'm giving you a quote because revisions may cost extra if they significantly add to the time! Once the miniatures are complete I will send final photos along with an invoice for the remaining 50% of the quote. Once this second payment is recieved, I will safely pack them for shipping and provide you with a tracking number!
By commissioning me you agree that you have read and understood the following terms of service. These terms are here to protect the artist (me).
I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that I cannot complete a commission to the desired standard, or if the request falls under subjects I will not do.
3D printing commissions must abide by the model creator's terms of service. You are responsible for purchasing and sending me the 3D printing files needed for your project.
You may cancel your commission for a partial refund. The refund amount will be based on the amount of time I have worked on the project before cancellation which I will break down for you. I can send the unfinished miniatures to you upon cancellation, but the shipping cost will be subtracted from the refund. The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable.
I may post work in progress or finished miniature photos of your commissions on my social media! If you are uncomfortable with this, please let me know when we discuss your commission.
Feel free to share my work on your socials! If you do so please credit my social media.
